Wir schreiben das Jahr 2053. Die Menschheit hat sich entschieden zu apokalypsen (ja, das ist jetzt ein Verb). Sie hat ihr Ende akzeptiert und den Kampf ums Überleben beigelegt.
Daraufhin hat die UN die offiziellen Bot*innen und Bringer*innen der Apokalypse einberufen. Sie sollen das Ende herbeiführen, nachdem sich die 24 apokalyptischen Vorzeichen ereignet haben – wie beschrieben im Buche Bannon.
In „Apocalypse Heroes!” bereiten sich unsere drei Protagonistinnen – die Hure von Babylon, ein schwangeres Kamel, eine einflussreiche Tech-CEO und ihre Assistentin Barbara – mit sehr unterschiedlichen Methoden auf das Ende der Welt vor.
Das satirisch-humorvolle Stück vermischt Mythologie mit dem Wahnsinn neuer Medien zu einer sehr speziellen Version vom Armageddon.
COP5000 sind Sarah Magill und Carolin Seidl, die mit ihren Performances das Deutsche Theater vor sich selbst retten wollen.
Sarah Magill kommt aus England und lebt seit 8 Jahren in Berlin. Sie ist Autorin, Journalistin, Rapperin und Comedy-Performerin.
Caro Seidl lebt in Berlin. Sie arbeitet als Theaterübersetzerin und Autorin und hat Sarah auf einer schlecht ausgeleuchteten Stand-Up-Comedy-Bühne kennengelernt.
Rim Mekkaoui hat ihre Schauspielausbildung an der Cours Florent Hochschule, Berlin, abgeschlossen und zeigt im Juli 2023 ihr Debut-Stück “Mythos” auf dem “International University Theater Festival”, Casablanca.

Official Apocalypse bringers have been called upon by the UN to bring about the end, once all 24 signs predicted by the book of Bannon have come to pass.
In „Apocalypse Heroes!“, our three protagonists - The Whore of Babylon, a pregnant camel, a very influential tech CEO and her assistant Barbara – prepare, in their very individual ways, for the end of the world.
This comedic whirlwind of a show mixes mythology with the madness of modern media to create a very unique vision of Armageddon.
Sarah Magill and Carolin Seidl aka COP5000 are trying to save the German theatre from itself.
Sarah Magill comes from England and has lived in Berlin for 8 years. She is an author, journalist, rapper and comedy performer.
Caro Seidl lives in Berlin. She works as a theatre translator, writer and met Sarah on a poorly lit stand-up comedy stage.
Rim Mekkaoui completed her acting training at the Cours Florent Hochschule, Berlin, and will be showing her debut play "Mythos" at the "International University Theater Festival", Casablanca in July 2023.
