FLUID LIFE
interdisziplinäre Performance aus Tanz, Akrobatik, Worten und Zucker
"Fluid Life" zeigt, wie wir ständig unser Ego mit Zucker füttern. Ein schneller Kick, ein High, doch Leere und Unzufriedenheit im Anschluss. Zucker und soziale Medien werden hier zusammengeführt – als Suchtmittel, das uns gleichzeitig unterhält und kontrolliert. Ein omnipräsentes Phänomen, kaum jemand fällt nicht in diese fröhlich verlockende Falle… Durch eine metaphorische Bildsprache wird die weiterführende Frage über Nahrung aufgeworfen.

Im September 2017 hat Lea Hoffmann ihre Ausbildung zur Artistin mit den Disziplinen Vertikalseil und Bodenakrobatik abgeschlossen. Schon während der Ausbildung hat sie große Leidenschaft für Improvisation, Tanzakrobatik und interdisziplinäre Projekte entdeckt. Seitdem arbeitete sie als performative Künstlerin in verschiedenen Projekten und Formaten: als Tänzerin/Akrobatin mit Kompanie Zwodrei (2018-2019) und Das Wilde Klingen (seit April 2018), als Tänzerin und Dozentin für Kosmas Kosmopoulos/LUNAPARK.(„Mountains of Desire“ 2018, „Crossing the Freeway“ 2019, „Unguarded Garden“ 2020), als Regie-Assistentin für Joanna Bassi für Robinson Clown von Theater Nadi (2021), als Dozentin für Akrobatik und Tanzakrobatik (seit 2018). Seit Oktober 2020 studiert sie Dramaturgie an der HMT Leipzig.
"Fluid life" questions our modern way of communication and how we witness time. We are living for the outside, permanently the representation of our own selves and trying to preserve our favourite moments on photographies and videos.
Are we really living these moments while we search to retain them? What value has a picture if it is merely our self-designed image? And what is time if we consciously only live from one moment to the other (no matter if good or bad), always in the now, with no sense of past nor future. Nothing seems to be solid anymore. Everything is changeable, temporary, fluid …
Sugar and social media are merged in this metaphorical performance - as an addiction that is more powerful than simple entertainment.
A kick, a little high - who does not like a little sugar on their tongue?
