WASSER

Residenz in Prag

The group of Berlin based performers - Eszter Parragi, Dahlia Nyx, Katarzyna Wieczerzak and Lutz Gallmeister – looking forward to do in Tep39 a research work. On its basis a multimedia performance about the motif of water in the myths will be developed. During 4-days residence artists will go back to archaic thinking and inspire themselves from the mythical treasure of mankind.

The focus of research is – not only the water as a natural element, but also the motif of water in myths: the Flood, seafaring, sacred wells, myths of rain, mythological water creatures, etc.

Body movement, electronic sound, live music, singing and speech will be combined into the performance „Water“. The premiere will take place in Acud Theater Berlin next year.
