Singing/Dance Workshop and Their Interfaces

It’s a workshop in which movement and musical instruments, voice, singing, songs and stories are created and rearranged by the participants, based on their personal experiences. 

Elements of the workshop being worked on:

• Specific dance and vocal stretches to warm up both.

• Singing, sounds, dance and movement in relation between space, time and human relations.

• Tone, breathing exercises, weight, levels, vocal resonance and choreographic composition.

• Relation of singing to the areas of composition and performance.

The exercises are developed in a playful way that starts from the observation of each participant’s own corporal condition and movement patterns, without inciting any kind of judgment and only paying attention to the needs and specificities of each body. Based on this, activities and games are proposed that lead to their expansion and interaction.

At the end of the workshop there will be a presentation based on the results acquired by the participants during the whole process. 

Workshop admission: 60, - euro both days
